About the Role
Join our team as an Intern AI & Data Engineering to help clients make strategic decisions in AI & Data. You will support clients from AI & Data strategy definition through the implementation of large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and the introduction of smart "Age of With" solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop features across the entire stack, including data processing in Python and SQL, web applications (e.g., Flask/Streamlit), and AI components like LLM and OCR-based automation.
- Take ownership of your own task packages, from understanding business requirements to implementation, testing, and client handover.
- Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, present progress, and translate feedback into concrete improvements.
- Work with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) from day one and contribute to developing this working method within the project.
- Gain practical insight into a modern cloud data architecture (AWS: S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda) and learn how infrastructure is provisioned, operated, and further developed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an advanced degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, (Business) Engineering, Statistics, Natural Sciences, or comparable fields.
- Solid Python fundamentals and initial SQL knowledge from studies, internships, working student roles, or personal projects.
- First exposure to web applications (e.g., Flask, Streamlit, FastAPI) or a strong desire to quickly learn these technologies.
- Interest in AI-driven software development and a basic understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, Storage, Compute). Prior experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus but not required.
- Availability ideally for a minimum of four months starting October 2026.
