About the Role
The Marketing Manager will act as a core strategic partner to the Asset Management business, helping shape and deliver the marketing strategy for the ETF & Indexing range while directly supporting sales objectives. This role involves translating complex investment concepts into clear, compelling content and campaigns, partnering closely with investment specialists, portfolio managers, capital markets, and sales teams to bring timely insights and product stories to clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing the ETF & Indexing marketing strategy and plan
- Create and deliver high-quality product content and campaigns to support sales and promote the ETF & Indexing range
- Develop content across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income) and cross-asset topics (Factor Investing, Responsible Investments, Thematics)
- Produce innovative marketing assets for product launches and ongoing promotion (presentations, brochures, emailers, web content, events)
- Craft impactful messaging that highlights key selling points, competitive advantages and clear product positioning
- Keep core marketing materials accurate and up to date, ensuring reliable data, FCA compliance, and alignment with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in product or content marketing within an Asset Management environment
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, with confidence handling technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences, channels and formats
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage strategic projects alongside fast-turn requests, delivering high-quality output to deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones
- Proactive, resourceful and collaborative, with a critical and creative approach to problem-solving
