About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage all aspects of assigned company and partner events, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This involves communicating with stakeholders, understanding event goals, and executing tactics to meet objectives. You will also outline event timelines, coordinate with creative teams, and review/negotiate event contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned company and partner events on time and within budget
- Communicate with the business unit or teammate which requests the event
- Understand the goals and objectives of the opportunity
- Execute all communications and tactics to ensure the objectives are met
- Outline and manage event timelines and milestones
- Meet with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as well as budget
- Submit creative requests related to event needs
- Provide updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs
- Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event related contracts
Requirements

- A drive to deliver exceptional events and a go-getter mentality when executing multiple events at one time
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, incentive travel
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
