About the Role
Alex is building the future of hiring with an AI recruiter that conducts live job interviews and coordinates follow-ups, providing deeper hiring signal faster. As a hands-on engineer, you will build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Build consumer-facing software
- Build enterprise-grade software
- Integrate with customer's internal hiring systems
- Present interview results visually and quickly
- Expand Alex's capabilities to coordinate the hiring process end-to-end
- Build out numerous feature requests
Requirements
- Experience with Javascript (Typescript, React, Node, Next)
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with System Architecture
- Willingness to work really, really hard
- Ability to move with urgency
- Enjoy and value working together in person 5 days a week
