About the Role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by assisting customers with questions and requests.
Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise.
Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
Receive and unload merchandise, and prepare it in the backroom.
Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
Fulfill online orders for jcp.com pick up.
Execute merchandise placement strategies according to leadership plans and merchandising standards.
Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information on merchandise or business processes.
