About the Role

This early morning position focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience by performing store operations functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, with potential for extension or a regular position based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store.
• Perform operations functions prior to store opening.
• Assist customers with questions or requests.
• Execute pricing and signing on merchandise.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Fulfill online orders for in-store pickup.
• Execute merchandise placement plans with efficiency and detail.
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information on merchandise or business processes.
