About the Role
Crusoe is hiring an Enablement Engineer to help customers maximize their use of Crusoe Cloud. This role involves proactively training customers on features, new releases, and capabilities, building the enablement catalog, and serving as the public technical voice of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops on Crusoe Cloud features and value realization.
- Produce technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, and guides on Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Script, record, and produce "How-To" videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos.
- Represent Crusoe at industry events as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub demonstrating integration with the CNCF ecosystem.
- Create Proof of Concept guides and technical decks for the sales team and channel customer feedback to the product team.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (API servers, namespaces, RBAC, multi-tenancy).
- Hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure (OpenStack or KubeVirt experience valued).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP).
- Background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training for engineering/developer audiences.
- Experience delivering webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training.
- Ability to explain complex topics to both executives and junior engineers.
- Comfort managing content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup.
- History of contributing to or advocating for open-source projects (Knative, Tekton, OpenStack) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevContainer standards, CLI tool development, and local-to-cloud development workflows (DevPod) is a plus.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials or supporting DevRel and external marketing efforts is a plus.
- Background at cloud infrastructure or platform companies (Mirantis, Platform9, Datadog, or similar) is a plus.
