About the Role
A family with twin six-year-old boys and a 1.5-year-old daughter is seeking a live-out nanny for a ROTA schedule. The role involves supporting the family's daily activities, including developmental activities, school pick-ups, and transportation. The family is relocating to Hillsborough and may require travel, overnights, and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Engage in developmental activities and classes.
- Perform school pick-ups and manage afternoon activities.
- Drive children to activities and appointments.
- Provide travel support, including weekends and holidays.
- Accommodate two weeks of summer travel and one week of solo parental travel.
- Offer overnight coverage when needed.
- Work a one week on/off ROTA schedule, with potential for two weeks on/off.
Requirements
- Must be legal to work in the US.
- Possess a clean and valid driver's license.
- Have prior ROTA experience.
- Demonstrate prior experience working with multiple children.
- Show experience with children in similar age ranges.
- Seek a long-term commitment.
- Be available for travel coverage.
- Be available for overnight coverage.
