Responsibilities
- Drives the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Accomplishes sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and company initiatives
- Increases net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography
- Sells distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers
- Works with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated
- Functions as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education, and training for the assigned market
- Interacts with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels
- Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Location
- San Francisco and surrounding cities
Work Type
- Field-based outside sales
- Monday - Friday
- Shift flexibility with nights, weekends, and start times
Experience Level
- 2 to 4 years of related experience
- 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
