About the Role

Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Senior Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing team operations and ensure residents experience luxury living. This role involves pioneering exceptional living experiences and redefining apartment management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members.
• Act as a resource for new hires.
• Help residents find the best place to call home through customized tours.
• Follow through on leads and ensure prospective residents feel cared for.
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Build relationships with residents and colleagues.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
