About the Role

Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives, to ensure an extraordinary customer experience. Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events. Receive best-in-class paid training for leadership success and gain experience coaching a team to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
• Ensure merchandising and product launches meet objectives.
• Ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with products and services.
• Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Requirements

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

• $66,100 - $99,100 base salary + $22,000 commission
• Total target compensation: $88,100 – $121,100
