About the Role

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, your day is shaped by movement, energy, and connection. You’ll spend your time providing prompt and courteous service to all bar guests, including taking orders, suggestive selling, preparing and serving beverages, and the clearing/setting of the bar top and tables. You will play a key role in fostering a high-energy environment driven by passion for excellence.

Requirements

  • At least four years of prior experience, ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to stay patient under pressure
  • Ability to approach every situation with tact and professionalism
  • Comfortable reconciling transactions at the end of each shift, cash out, and maintain a balanced bank
  • Understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels
  • Ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • This role is active and hands-on
