About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead vendor/supplier procurement, frame sourcing strategies, manage categories, and perform data analytics. This individual contributor role has a pathway to people management and involves liaising between internal departments and suppliers, analyzing product samples, and negotiating procurement contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue Request for Information’s (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) in collaboration with business stakeholders for vendors/suppliers.
  • Analyze supplier quote responses, perform cost and TCO analysis, and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Assist in building global sourcing strategies across direct and indirect procurement categories aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform a spend analysis by vendor, category and region to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using tools like Tableau and Excel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with procurement goals.
  • Help with supplier engagement, competitive bidding process and contract negotiations to drive value.
  • Support contract management processes in collaboration with legal and ensure supplier compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in supplier/vendor procurement, strategic sourcing (hardware, software), or procurement analytics across multiple categories.
  • Experience leading end-to-end contract negotiations.
  • Experience managing at least $10 million in annual spend.
  • Deep expertise in vendor sourcing methodologies, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex supplier datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Hands-on proficiency with procurement ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Tableau, and advanced Excel/Sheets modeling.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
