About the Role

Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). This role involves monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and setting up hemodialysis machines. The position requires a blend of technical skills and a passion for improving patient quality of life.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have a desire to care for people
Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification
Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification
