About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about sustainable investing and contribute to innovative products and services within Mackenzie Investments' Sustainability Center of Excellence. The role involves research, reporting, and supporting team initiatives in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and present research on sustainable investing trends and market developments.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations.
- Develop fund-level, holdings-level, and firm-wide sustainability reports.
- Support coordination of team events and initiatives.
- Contribute to external publications and thought leadership pieces.
- Assist with sustainability-related research to support stewardship efforts.
Requirements
- Registered students returning to school in 2026 in a related field (BCom, BA, BSc, etc.).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office, AI tools (Co-pilot, Chat GPT etc.).
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and returning to school following the internship.
