About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Canadian Marketing Studio team, supporting brokerage and other service line projects. You will play an important role in the development and implementation of day-to-day marketing activities and content, contributing to the success of the marketing team throughout the full project cycle.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with business development proposals, property marketing campaigns, internal and external presentations, client events, administration, and some design work.
- Supporting the creation of business development proposals, property marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and ad-hoc marketing requests.
- Coordinating all marketing requests and communicating artwork and needs to external vendors, ensuring timelines are being delivered.
- Assisting marketing service line leads and Marketing Specialists with project management and execution of small to medium scale property marketing programs.
- Assisting with the development, implementation, and execution of project marketing strategies that support business objectives (in pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and property marketing materials), ensuring quality, brand integrity, and timeliness.
- Creating marketing materials including internal and external presentations, and some design work.
- Coordinating the promotion and updating of ongoing internal communications: flat screens, posters, walls of fame, lobby displays, internal blog, and eblasts where applicable.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Intermediate knowledge of InDesign - Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
- Excellent project management skills, and ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changing priorities
- Understanding of ad serving technologies and online advertising concepts.
- Works well independently as well as in a team; takes initiative and pushes conventional thinking to provide creative solutions to problems.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
