About the Role

We're looking for a Vice President of Solutions Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of bringing our agentic process automation solutions to market. This role translates the capabilities of our AI-powered automation platform into compelling narratives for C-suite buyers and decision-makers at large enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and owning the positioning, messaging, and value narratives for our full portfolio of agentic automation solutions.
  • Translating technical AI and automation capabilities into business-outcome-driven stories.
  • Developing and maintaining a messaging architecture that scales across industries and buyer personas.
  • Partnering with product management, sales, and demand generation to build and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Defining target buyer personas, buying committee maps, and journey-stage messaging.
  • Driving integrated launch plans across content, digital, field marketing, analyst relations, and events.
  • Arming the enterprise sales organization with tools like battle cards, solution briefs, ROI frameworks, and demo narratives.
  • Building a scalable enablement engine for sales.
  • Partnering closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing materials accelerate pipeline.
  • Delivering actionable competitive insights to sales, product, and executive leadership.
  • Positioning the company as a category leader in agentic automation solutions.
  • Supporting revenue and field marketing teams with insights on customer buying behavior.
  • Providing revenue, field, and digital teams with high content collateral, messaging, and enablement.
  • Building deep expertise in target verticals and functional areas.
  • Collaborating with industry leads and customer success to develop reference architectures and customer success stories.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a team of solutions marketing managers.
  • Fostering a culture of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and buyer focus.
  • Establishing clear KPIs for the solutions marketing function and reporting on impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, with at least 5+ years in solutions marketing, product marketing, or a closely related function in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience marketing for a $500M-$1B ARR SaaS company.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles, complex buying committees, and multi-stakeholder deal processes.
  • Domain experience in intelligent automation, RPA, AI/ML, or adjacent enterprise technology categories (strongly preferred).
  • Experience marketing to large enterprise customers across multiple industries.
  • Background in one or more of our target verticals (healthcare, banking, insurance) or horizontal functions (finance, IT, HR) preferred.
  • Experience with category creation or repositioning in an emerging technology space preferred.
  • Experience scaling a new product line or business unit from $50M to $150M ARR preferred.
  • Familiarity with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and experience influencing industry analyst coverage preferred.
  • Experience at a company that has successfully navigated a platform transition (e.g., from RPA to agentic automation) preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator who operates effectively as a peer to Product, Sales, and executive leadership.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, able to prioritize across multiple initiatives.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Organized, programmatic thinker skilled in strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Location

  • Hybrid role with regular onsite work days in our San Jose, CA corporate office preferred.
  • Other locations in major metropolitan areas within the U.S may be considered.

  • $275,000 – $300,000 a year
