About the Role

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of appointments. The role requires responding to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. Care Coordinators will guide patients through the out-of-network experience and execute 5-star customer service. A collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented

Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations
Ability to use computer keyboard 90% of each workday
Hearing acuity to communicate over the telephone
