About the Role
As a Seasonal Stylist at Buck Mason, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and maintain store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling tips.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and know our products inside and out.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements
- 0+ years of experience in the retail or service industry.
- Ability to make customers feel like VIPs.
- A knack for personal style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle customer needs.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong sales skills to meet targets.
- Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
- Expected end date is January 15, 2027.
