About the Role
Musicologie Austin is seeking Strings teachers to join our growing studio. We are dedicated to delivering delightful music lessons through the Musicologie Method, emphasizing a safe, play-based learning environment and our Philosophy of Education that ensures everyone deserves a great teacher. We offer training, clear upward mobility, and innovative programs within a collaborative community.
Responsibilities
- Work with students of all ages and abilities to identify goals and progress through curriculum.
- Serve as a friendly guide on students' musical journeys.
- Encourage community involvement through performances and group classes.
- Dedicate yourself to learning our philosophy of education, curriculum, and processes.
- Deliver an outstanding lesson experience to every family and student.
- Collaborate with other teachers and managers to enhance capabilities.
Requirements
- An excellent musician.
- Excited to help students of all ages and abilities become passionate, proficient musicians.
- An expert communicator in person and by email.
- Extremely organized.
- Self-motivated.
- Curious and inspired to learn new things.
- Able to work evening and/or weekend hours.
