About the Role

As an Inventory Specialist, you will own inventory accuracy and the system of record across our production facilities. Your work is critical to keeping the build plan trustworthy and preventing stock-outs.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory system of record; hold sole authority for inventory adjustments and reconciliations
• Design, implement, and maintain bin locations across facilities
• Own and perform the cycle count program end to end
• Reconcile discrepancies surfaced at receiving, picking, kitting, and counting
• Manage the stock cage: control access, track issuance, and maintain accountability for high-value components
• Maintain min/max thresholds per part and flag stock-outs and shortage risks
• Maintain serialized traceability records and support audits
• Report inventory accuracy metrics weekly and drive continuous improvement
• Support inventory setup for new production sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, or warehouse operations with direct cycle count responsibility
• Strong data discipline: comfortable working in inventory/ERP systems and spreadsheets daily
• Proven ability to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to root cause
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday while performing counts and audits
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and access stock locations at varying heights

Experience Level

• Experience with ERP/MRP or WMS systems in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)
• Experience with serialized or lot-controlled inventory and traceability requirements (Preferred)
• Background in manufacturing, automotive, robotics, or technology hardware environments (Preferred)

Salary/Compensations

• $23.00 - $41.00 per hour
