About the Role
Sr Creative Studio Consultant to help drive revenue growth and customer success by using creative insights, content strategy, and production expertise to help customers turn campaign objectives into high-performing creative that builds audience trust and delivers measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Engage client executive stakeholders independently to sell in Creative Studio offerings and educate customers on offerings that can lead to broader programming and investment across the BrandWorks Studio portfolio.
- Lead production-focused creative engagements for priority LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers in North America, translating customer objectives into clear briefs, production plans, and high-quality creative deliverables.
- Partner closely with sales, internal cross-functional partners, external production partners, and agencies to move creative work from concept through execution, review, approval, and delivery.
- Manage high-volume production schedules across multiple customer workstreams at once, including timelines, dependencies, shoot coordination, feedback cycles, approvals, and delivery milestones.
- Guide production of creative assets across formats, including static posts, motion graphics, video, live-action shoots, and other content executions that support customer campaign objectives.
- Bring content and creative expertise to help customers strengthen messaging, improve creative quality, and align assets to LinkedIn platform requirements, brand guidelines, and campaign effectiveness goals.
- Engage demanding customers and executive stakeholders with confidence, managing expectations, resolving ambiguity, and guiding decisions when feedback, timing, or creative direction conflicts.
- Identify production risks early, escalate blockers appropriately, and protect quality, timing, customer trust, and commercial expectations through strong project ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client-facing creative production, creative solutions, agency account management, integrated production, or a closely related creative-services role within advertising, media, technology, or an agency environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end creative engagements from discovery and brief development through production, client review, approvals, and final asset delivery, while managing multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, dependencies, feedback cycles, and delivery deadlines.
- 3+ experience partnering directly with advertising sales or other commercial teams, customers and external agencies or production partners to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and translate campaign and business objectives into effective creative solutions.
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital advertising, paid social, brand marketing, performance marketing, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
- Experience using creative diagnostics, campaign performance signals, testing methods, or measurement frameworks to improve creative and campaign outcomes.
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior marketing, sales, agency, creative, production, legal, procurement, or measurement stakeholders.
- Experience translating ambiguous customer needs into actionable briefs, partner-ready guidance, production plans, and decision frameworks.
- Demonstrated communication, facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and executive-influence skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including ownership of timelines, dependencies, feedback cycles, risk management, escalation paths, and delivery quality.
- Ability to apply AI-enabled tools and workflows thoughtfully to improve creative intelligence, content strategy, production efficiency, and customer impact.
