About the Role

Support the Capital Markets sector in addressing key challenges such as AI, digital assets, regulatory change, risk and compliance, and operational transformation. Contribute to shaping the future of Capital Markets by delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of client projects by supporting workstreams focused on regulatory compliance, risk management, digital assets, and operating model transformation.
  • Assist in the development of client proposals, research, and preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and clients to analyze complex Capital Markets processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Support project management activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Build your network within the Capital Markets sector and the global community, developing your skills and knowledge in Capital Markets products, functions, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Capital Markets industry, ideally gained through a consultancy, financial services firm, or within a bank or market infrastructure provider.
  • Understanding of front-to-back Capital Markets operations and their evolving relationship with technology, such as automation and AI-driven processes, digital assets and regulatory technology (RegTech).
  • Experience supporting project delivery with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and use relevant tools and software.
  • Strong teamwork and client service orientation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in previous roles.
  • Availability to travel as needed within and outside of Canada and flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
  • A self-starting attitude, an ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges.
