About the Role
Revenue Development Specialist is a hybrid role within our Remote Sales organization that combines outbound business development with consultative selling. You'll build new relationships, re-engage past consignors, and support existing client books, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels. This role is for customer-obsessed, agile, and driven individuals seeking to excel in a fully-remote, competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline by reconnecting with past clients and developing new opportunities.
- Assume ownership of active consignor books during Concierge and Inside Sales leaves of absence, seamlessly continuing relationships, maintaining momentum, and driving opportunities through to close.
- Build real conversations, engaging consignors across phone, text, email, and chat, and guiding them through the full journey from qualification through close.
- Work fluidly between prospecting and closing as coverage assignments shift week to week.
- Bridge across teams, understanding how BDR, Field Sales, and Inside Sales workflows connect, and keep CRM records accurate.
- Own performance and trajectory by tracking numbers and using insights to improve.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding numbers.
- Comfortable owning a full book independently, from first outreach through close.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, stay composed under pressure, and keep conversations moving with confidence and care.
- Ability to keep multiple priorities moving without dropping details.
- Curiosity shown in conversations, listening for consignor needs.
- Clear and compelling communication across phone, text, and email.
- Confident closing consignors, not just qualifying them.
- Agile enough to move easily between prospecting and closing when priorities shift.
- Self-directed and accountable with sound judgment and high integrity.
- Hungry to grow, taking feedback seriously and iterating on approach.
- Natural bridge-builder across teams.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week).
