About the Role

The Recruitment Specialist supports talent acquisition and HR initiatives by attracting, hiring, and onboarding qualified talent. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and provides administrative support to Human Resources, ensuring efficient and accurate HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
• Coordinate hiring activities and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing objectives.
• Prepare and extend employment offers, and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding efforts by collecting new hire documentation and entering employee information into HR systems.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with new hire orientation activities.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to Human Resources.
• Maintain employee files and assist with HR reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure HR processes are carried out efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a relevant space.

Skills

• Recruiting and full cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment within warehouse, distribution, production, or engineering sectors.
• Technical recruiting expertise.
• Customer service orientation.
