About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Manager will execute and continuously refine the Activation playbook, roll out playbooks and training for new client launches, and maintain key metrics and reporting. This is a hands-on operating role supporting the growth of Leap Health's Clinical Operations function.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Activation playbook day-to-day and surface field learnings for refinement.
- Roll out playbooks and training for new client launches, adapting delivery based on field performance.
- Provide direct coverage for gaps across Intake, Care Operations, and Care Guide teams as needed.
- Support peer managers in establishing consistent operating cadences and reporting rhythms.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Client Success, and other cross-functional partners on shared initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility into Activation and Clinical Operations performance.
- Track KPIs across the funnel and flag bottlenecks for leadership action.
- Partner with Engineering to implement automations for improved day-to-day efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Consulting.
- Ability to connect dots across functions and turn ambiguity into clear next steps.
- Comfortable operating within an existing structure, executing and adapting playbooks.
- Proficiency with metrics and understanding their business implications.
- Skilled at building trust and influence without formal authority.
- Hands-on operating experience at a startup is preferred.
- Experience pairing strategy/consulting-caliber thinking with execution in a fast-moving environment is preferred.
