Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization and migration of MDM applications from IBM WebSphere and legacy Java frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership for application transformation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and modernization goals.
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST APIs.
- Lead middleware modernization, including WebSphere migration, Tomcat adoption, and deployment improvements.
- Drive engineering best practices for performance, resiliency, scalability, security, observability, and operational excellence.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews, and provide technical mentoring.
- Support technical analysis, modernization assessments, dependency evaluations, and migration planning.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders for successful modernization.
- Drive CI/CD adoption, release automation, and DevOps maturity improvements.
- Support production readiness reviews, release planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
