About the Role
ABCO Facility Maintenance seeks dependable individuals to assist with maintenance projects, deliveries, and warehouse operations. This role supports maintenance technicians and warehouse operations by assisting with labor-related tasks, deliveries, and general warehouse duties. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work, traveling throughout Staten Island, and working a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance technicians and handymen with job site tasks and labor
- Support maintenance and repair projects as directed
- Perform driving and delivery duties as needed
- Assist with warehouse operations when required
- Handle heavy lifting and movement of materials
- Travel daily within Staten Island for work assignments
Requirements
- Must live in Staten Island, NY
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license
- Previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, labor, demolition, or related trades preferred
- Must be a reliable worker
- Must be flexible with work hours, including possible weekends
- Able to perform heavy lifting
- Able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
