About the Role

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across MLSE’s Basketball Vertical, helping bring Toronto Raptors and Raptors 905 initiatives to life throughout the season. This role supports campaigns and programs across marketing, ticketing, retail, partnerships, audience development, and fan experience, working across various internal teams to translate strategies into impactful fan-facing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Help to execute go-to-market plans for a variety of initiatives
  • Shape new ideas and challenge thinking to help resonate with fans and propel the business forward
  • Balance multiple competing priorities and support revenue driving activities by collaborating with different ticketing, retail, food and beverage, and sponsorships teams
  • Assist in research and competitive audits by working with strategy & insights and business intelligence teams
  • Deliver ongoing campaign performance updates and associated impact to inform the health of the business
  • Work on specialty projects as they relate to your brand portfolio

Requirements

  • 1-3 years strategic marketing experience in a high-consideration product marketing role with campaign development experience
  • A winning attitude with self-starter personality and insatiable curiosity
  • An interest in discovering and applying cultural and category trends
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
  • A highly adaptive and proactive mindset, quick on your feet
  • Strong analytical skills and tools, and are comfortable using data
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort presenting and brainstorming with peers and more senior team members
