About the Role
As a Manager, Forward-Deployed Engineer at Trinity Life Sciences, you will be embedded within biopharma and commercial Life Sciences teams to solve complex problems by rapidly building working solutions. You will move from ambiguous business challenges to running prototypes in days, iterating live with clients, and owning deployments and outcomes. Additionally, you will mentor and coach 1-2 engineers, helping them grow and succeed in the role.
Responsibilities
- Embed with clients at top biopharma and life sciences organizations to surface unmet needs and translate them into engineered solutions.
- Prototype GenAI-powered applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and data integrations rapidly, aiming for client impact within two weeks of receiving data.
- Own end-to-end delivery, from initial concept to production-ready code, demo, feedback, and handoff.
- Flex between client engagements and product sprints based on shifting priorities.
- Contribute to product improvement by documenting patterns, sharing playbooks, and pushing field learnings back into product development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) through pairing, work reviews, and direct feedback.
- Assist new FDEs in onboarding to accelerate their product fluency and contribution.
- Serve as a technical sounding board for junior FDEs, guiding them to solutions through questioning.
- Model the company culture through excellent client engagement, iteration, and knowledge-sharing practices.

- $160,000 - $240,000 per year
- Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus
