About the Role
Lead a complex, scaled portfolio of products and features impacting end users during a period of rapid growth. Shape the next generation of mobile apps, provide intuitive and delightful experiences, and integrate various transportation modes while keeping promises to public sector customers. This role requires thought leadership and pragmatic product building.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision and strategic roadmap for the next-generation mobile platform.
- Drive seamless and intuitive journeys for millions of riders and drivers on a unified platform.
- Leverage data analytics, AI, user research, and innovative thinking to spearhead product features.
- Deliver delightful and high-impact mobile experiences.
- Manage full-stack development from front-end user interfaces to back-end architecture, API integrations, and third-party partner connections.
- Collaborate on user-first design and interface details for smooth, highly accessible, and intuitive interactions.
- Assess the value relative to cost for all product requirements, optimizing resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary liaison across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams for cohesive execution.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in product management at successful startups or large global companies.
- Experience owning a broad set of products or leading a product domain/line.
- Ability to digest market research and customer feedback.
- Crisp understanding of technical requirements and constraints.
- Strong understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can transform product experiences.
- Track record of identifying and shipping AI-powered solutions.
- Demonstrated success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
- Excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Pro-active and independent achiever, able to handle tasks from idea to production.
- Team player with great communication/listening skills and a can-do attitude.
- Passion for public transit, mapping, SaaS, and accessibility is a plus.
