About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Via, you will lead a complex, scaled portfolio of products and features impacting end users during a period of rapid growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of mobile apps, provide delightful experiences, and integrate various transportation modes to better the transit network. You will combine thought leadership with a pragmatic approach to building and shipping products.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy for next-generation Rider and Driver platforms, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
Develop scalable functionality for complex service deployments with diverse policies.
Convert user research and operational insights into clear product specifications.
Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to align stakeholders and refine product development.
Establish a data-informed prioritization framework to guide scoping and roadmapping.
Serve as the central liaison across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in successful startups or large companies operating on a global scale.
Owned a broad set of products and led a product domain/line across a company.
Ability to digest market research and customer feedback, with a crisp understanding of technical requirements.
Demonstrated success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle.
Excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Pro-active and independent achiever, self-learner.
Team player with great communication/listening skills and a can-do attitude.
Passion for public transit, mapping, SaaS, and accessibility (working experience is a plus).
