About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist / Cardiovascular Technologist to join our Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology team in San Francisco, California. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital-based experience in Cardiac Cath, EP labs, Interventional Radiology, or OR/Hybrid OR Interventional Radiology lab and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute-care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, structural heart, and vascular procedures.
  • Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Perform both scrub and circulating responsibilities as required.
  • Assist physicians and the procedural team during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Document procedures using GE Mac-Lab / CardioLab systems.
  • Submit and maintain high-quality images in PACS.
  • Provide procedural and patient support within the scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, anesthesia, and other clinical departments.
  • Follow infection control, radiation safety, and patient safety standards.
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with Biomedical Engineering when needed.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and inventory management.
  • Work effectively in a large, multidisciplinary team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Radiologic Technologist experience in Cardiac Cath/EP Lab, OR/Hybrid OR, or Interventional Radiology.
  • Hospital/acute-care experience preferred.
  • California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
  • ARRT certification.
  • California State Fluoroscopy Permit.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification.
  • RCIS certification preferred.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Participation in the on-call rotation is required.
