Responsibilities
- Explore new growth opportunities, business development initiatives, partnerships, and new market opportunities.
- Participate in the design, testing, and iteration of new products, programs, and business ideas.
- Work across teams to identify new ways to improve customer experience, enrollment growth, and overall business performance.
- Help build and continuously improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development systems.
- Support the development of scalable training programs and team growth initiatives.
- Work closely with frontline and management teams to identify organizational needs and improve team effectiveness.
- Support regional operations and help connect frontline centers with the central team.
- Spend time in learning centers to understand real customer, student, and operational needs, and help turn frontline insights into business improvements.
- Participate in new market expansion, including exploring new areas, supporting new center launches, and helping build repeatable operating systems.
