About the Role
Axis is seeking an ambitious and growth-oriented Physiotherapist with over 1 year of clinical experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a thriving caseload, develop clinical and leadership skills, and mentor newer clinicians within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-informed physiotherapy care
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients and establish treatment goals
- Educate clients and empower them throughout their recovery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in mentorship, team development, and community initiatives
- Mentor newer clinicians across multiple Axis locations
- Support the onboarding and clinical development of new team members
- Contribute to the continued development of Axis's clinical culture and standards
Requirements
- Physiotherapist registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college in Ontario
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Passion for professional and clinical growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
