About the Role
As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you will assist site managers with daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the site. You will ensure standards for inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety are met to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and coaching Teammates, setting an example in all car wash activities.
