About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented custodian to join our team. As a custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our West Family Branch, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Restock and replenish supplies as needed
• Respond to requests for cleaning services in a timely and efficient manner
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with our members

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and oral communication
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to lift, bend and walk for an 4 hour shift
