About the Role
Run a dedicated territory delivering helium cylinders to established, repeat customers. This role offers a predictable schedule with weekends at home, delivering a clean, non-flammable product on a familiar route.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver helium compressed gas cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers.
- Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant.
- Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance.
- Build relationships with regular customers and help manage their inventory needs.
Requirements
- Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
- 1 year of driving experience or driving school training within the past 4 years.
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, read highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports.
- Routinely lift 25 to 75 lbs, occasionally 76 to 100+ lbs.
- Frequent bending, standing, walking, reaching, and handling.
- Ability to detect leaking gas from cylinders by sound or smell.
