About the Role

Responsible for maintaining clean ServiceWare and restocking in the unit. This role involves operating and cleaning kitchenware at the pot sink, along with additional cleaning duties. The position also includes logging dish machine temperatures, testing sanitizer concentrations, cleaning floors and equipment, and maintaining the chemical storage and mop room.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean ServiceWare (plates, cups, cutlery, bowls) and restock in the unit.
• Maintain the dish machine and pulper during service.
• Run and clean kitchenware at the pot sink.
• Perform additional cleaning duties.
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils manually or with equipment.
• Restock pots, pans, dishware, and utensils in customer areas and back of the house.
• Remove trash and cardboard from back of the house and customer areas.
• Log temperatures of dish machines.
• Test the concentration of dishwasher sanitizing agents in sinks.
• Clean floors, mats, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chemical storage and mop room.
• Use commercial strength chemicals to clean, sanitize, and polish.
• Shovel snow and salt doorways and loading dock entrances.
• Review fire extinguishers monthly for charging and usability.
• Assist in other areas with food preparation duties as needed.
• Perform any duties as assigned based on business needs.
