About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and patients. Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to routine concerns and contributing to a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a pharmaceutical healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
- Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by communicating professionally with personnel and visitors and reporting facility-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
