- Manage, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of 6–7 product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Guide the team to deliver against an ambitious roadmap with speed and quality, achieving key milestones across content-transparency measurement, pre-bid controls, and shifting media quality toward measurable business performance.
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Product Marketing teams to launch new products, drive market adoption, and ensure commercial success and revenue impact.
- Become the internal and external evangelist for CTV products, building relationships and managing stakeholder needs across Business Development, M&A, engineering, sales, and key clients & industry partners.
- Conduct market research, opportunity assessments, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth and potential acquisitions.

- Exceptional ability to lead through ambiguity, manage trade-offs, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Strong commercial mindset, with proven experience linking product strategy directly to revenue growth and business outcomes.
- Passion for innovation and change management, with the ability to inspire teams to leverage new technologies like AI.
- Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of engaging external clients, presenting to executive boards, and inspiring internal engineering teams.
