About the Role

Fresh Start Foods is seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join their team as Full-Time Warehouse Associates on the Night Shift. This role is crucial in ensuring products are accurately prepared for daily loading, contributing to the company's mission of delivering fresh produce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick product orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Assemble product securely onto pallets.
• Transfer completed pallets to the dock area for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols within the warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Proven ability to work the Overnight/Night Shift schedule.
• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working within a refrigerated environment: between 4 and 6 degrees.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Flexible availability to work Sundays and occasional Overtime.
• Previous experience in a Warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
• Current Forklift Certification (an asset, not required).
