About the Role
The Division of Student and Campus Life Enterprise Services is seeking Temporary Student Center Package Handlers to assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages on North Campus. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and issuing incoming mail and packages at the North Campus Student Service Center using proprietary mail and packaging software
- Delivery of incoming packages to student residence hall rooms before arrival
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with various mail carriers, university guests, team members, and student staff
- Work as a team member, reporting damage, safety issues, and workload needs
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write in English effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting experience
- Must possess & maintain a valid NY State driver’s license
