About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a flexible and dependable Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to supplement income, gain experience, or work toward a full-time career. This role offers consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, members, guests, and/or associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail warehouse, sales floor, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and vehicle activity, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts, emergency responders, and leadership.
• Complete detailed activity reports and maintain accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills
