About the Role
Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize.
Responsibilities
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
