About the Role
The Burger's Priest is seeking a Crew Member for its London location, offering a positive and authentic work environment where employees can be themselves.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
- Manage third-party delivery drivers and ensure order accuracy.
- Suggest menu items and guide guests through the ordering process.
- Take phone-in orders.
- Process payments via cash and card.
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to sanitation and food production policies.
- Assist coworkers as needed to foster teamwork.
Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Food Handler Certified or willing to obtain certification.
- Availability for mixed shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
- Organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm environment.
- Possession of a safe food handler's certificate.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
