About the Role

W&B Models is the experiment tracking platform used by the world's leading AI teams. As Senior Product Manager for Models, you'll drive improvements across the core experiment workflow, focusing on how researchers design experiments, visualize results, monitor training jobs, and analyze outcomes. Your goal is to make the inner loop of hypothesis → run → analysis → next run dramatically faster and more insightful for both frontier researchers and enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

  • Advance the researcher's daily workflow by driving the roadmap for organizing, comparing, and understanding runs.
  • Rethink how training is visualized and monitored, shaping how W&B surfaces critical information mid-run.
  • Make evaluations a first-class part of experiment tracking by driving the roadmap for logging, comparing, and analyzing eval results.
  • Make analysis at scale a first-class experience by defining how researchers slice, aggregate, and reason across large experiment histories.
  • Ground product decisions in how researchers actually work through direct user engagement.
  • Own execution from problem definition through launch and iteration, ensuring quality and speed.

Requirements

  • Lived the ML researcher's workflow, with hands-on experience training models or close collaboration with researchers.
  • 3+ years of product management experience on technical products for developer or researcher audiences.
  • Proven track record of shipping products users love.
  • Strong instincts for data visualization and product design.
  • Instinctively reach for AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and exploring ideas.
