About the Role

Texas Sports Academy is seeking a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to manage daily operations in our fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to students, coaches, and families.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders, ensuring completeness, protection, and correct labeling.
• Print labels, weigh packages, schedule carrier pickups, and hand off shipments on time.
• Unload incoming deliveries, verify contents against packing slips, and correctly shelve items.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, identify low stock and discrepancies, and assist with inventory checks.
• Inspect items for quality control, removing damaged or incorrect items before shipment.
• Process returns by receiving, logging, and restocking or routing items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment center environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated attention to detail to catch errors in addresses, items, and counts.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently.
• Possess physical stamina for standing, lifting boxes, and moving packages throughout the day.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality, especially during high volume periods.
• Capability to quickly learn shipping software, label printers, barcode scanners, and order systems.
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheet use.
• Able to work on-site at the fulfillment center.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
