About the Role
Support the team and keep drivers moving by greeting drivers, collecting and organizing documentation and payments, reviewing paperwork, and processing returns. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in drivers as they return from delivery routes
- Collect, organize, and review invoices, payments, and proof-of-delivery (POD) devices
- Handle cash and check payments in accordance with company procedures
- Review driver return documents for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in paperwork, payments, or delivery documentation
- Process returned products and issue customer credits in the company system
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
- Communicate with drivers and internal departments regarding delivery paperwork, payments, returns, and discrepancies
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred
- Comfortable working behind a desk while regularly interacting with drivers
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software and systems
- Ability to accurately handle cash, checks, and other payment documentation
- Ability to review paperwork carefully and identify discrepancies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
