About the Role

This role sits within our Motorsports team, focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects. You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent projects from start to finish, including project planning, client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews, implementation, administration, project support, on-site crew management, and stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of key Motorsports projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee budget responsibility for individual projects, including pricing, margin control, and maximization.
  • Compile client proposals and respond to new briefs, pitches, and client negotiations.
  • Ensure clear professional communication and manage client expectations.
  • Lead by example, manage team members, and contribute positively to a wide range of projects.
  • Implement Project Management disciplines, processes, and skills, including programme and risk management.
  • Manage artwork, color matching, and approval processes with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee on-site management of contractors, including implementation of H&S processes and best practices.
  • Conduct post-completion project reviews, including detailed analysis and lessons learned communication for process improvement.
  • Develop additional business opportunities within client accounts by spotting opportunities and proposing creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role is preferred.
  • Solid experience of project management processes and on-site project delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver consistently high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills across verbal, written, and presentational formats.
  • High proficiency in numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail across all areas of event delivery.
  • Problem-solving ability to identify risks and issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments.
  • Time management skills, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to take responsibility for your own work.
  • Openness to feedback and ability to reflect, review, and learn.
  • Flexibility, a positive and proactive working attitude, and willingness to support others.

  • Willingness and ability to travel worldwide for up to 14 days at a time.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours, including weekends, to accommodate project delivery.
